Shipping & Return Policy

How to place an order?
To start an online order, browse the product categories or use the search box to look for what you need. When you find an item you want to order, click on the "Add to Cart" button next to it. You may then change the quantity or go back to shopping for more items. To place your order, go to the cart in the upper right hand corner of the page, click on the "Checkout" button, and follow the prompts.

Can you ship my order on the day that I place it?
Orders are typically shipped out in 1-2 business days. If you have selected an expedited shipping method and your order needs to ship on the same day that you place it, please call us at 866-419-0710 before 9am EST. We will be happy to accommodate you to the very best of our ability.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Please allow 5-6 business days after your order has shipped for your items to arrive. Click here to see UPS Ground time-in-transit map.

If I place my order on a Friday when will it ship?
Typically orders placed on Friday, even expedited orders, ship out the following Monday (UPS does not pick up on weekends).

How do I calculate my shipping charges?
We have a shipping calculator tool available on the shopping cart page.

NOTE: Some items can not be shipped via UPS, due to size, weight and hazardous materials restrictions. Some items may also have additional hazardous-materials charges. Shipping and handling rates are subject to change without notice.

What if my package is lost or damaged?
If the shipping company (USPS, UPS, TNT etc.) has lost or misplaced your package, we will assist you in every way possible to retrieve it. We work closely with the claims department, and will keep you posted as to the status. If you believe your package has been stolen, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipper. If the package is delivered to the incorrect address due to our mistake, we will issue a call tag and have it delivered to the correct address as soon as possible.  If delivered to an incorrect address due to your mistake, we will assist you just the same, however the shipper may assess an address correction fee and you will be billed for that.  

IMPORTANT - We highly recommend insuring your shipment. Global Fueling Systems Inc. will not be liable for loses or damages incurred during the shipment.  

Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes, Global Fueling Systems Inc. ships to customers all over the world.

Ordering from globalfuelingsystems.com is easy, just place your order and we will contact you with available shipping options. You can also call 1-866-419-0710 for rates or email our international sales department direct.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes and APOs?
No, at this time we do not ship to P.O. Box and APO addresses.

Does UPS deliver on weekends?
No, UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.

What if I need to cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled or changed within 24 hours of the placement of the original order.  A 25% cancellation charge may apply to orders cancelled after 24 hours.

What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is very important to us.  Items can be returned within 15 days with authorization by completing a return through your account page.

In order to be eligible for return:

  • Items must show no signs of use (subject to vendor's discretion), and be returned in the original manufacturers packing.
  • Each item must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (generated through the My Account section). 
  • Must include a copy of your receipt with the completed Return Merchandise Request form
Please note refunds are for the cost of the product only. Returns of all items will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs 

After 15 days, the item is subject to warranty and must be authorized by a customer service representative by calling 1-866-419-0710 (8AM to 5PM EST, Monday - Friday). 

How do I return an item?
1. Go to your account page and pull up the order that contains the item you wish to return; and submit a Return.
2. Once submitted, a Global Fueling Systems customer service representatives will approve your return within 48 hours. 
3. Once approved, you will receive an email with your Return Merchandise Authorization number. Pack up your return items.  In the box, include a copy of your original receipt with the completed Return Merchandise Request Form.
4. Write the Returned Goods Authorization number in clear, black letters on the outside of the parcel
5. Insure your package and send it to:
