How do I place an order?
Placing an order with Global Fueling Systems Inc. has never been easier! Browse through our many vendors and thousands of products; add to your shopping cart on a computer or even mobile device and proceed to check out. Once in the start of the check out process follow the steps to check out. It is highly recommended to create an account and not check out as a guest so you have the ability to come back and get updated with tracking information as well as cancel / returning of a product.

What types of Payments can I use?

All major credit card applications are accepted through our website. We also accept, Google Pay / Apple Pay / Amazon Pay, and PayPal. On rare occasion on specialty orders we can also accept wire transfers or personal / business checks. 

How can I cancel my order?

You are free to cancel all orders placed unless product has already been shipped out. If order has already been processed and or the product has been shipped you might be subject to a restocking fee. For more information regarding this matter please refer to our Shipping & Return Policy page.

How can I track my order?
Orders placed online using a valid email account will get updated with shipping information automatically. In some cases we do drop ship products for faster shipment and logistics. For more information regarding this matter please refer to our Shipping & Return Policy page.

How Accurate is your information?
Product information we receive from our vendors is put directly into our website. We try our best to verify this information / specifications for each product but can not guarantee every product is 100% accurate. If you have specific questions your should ask us before purchasing a product.

What is your Return Policy?

Your satisfaction is very important to us.  Items can be returned within 15 days with authorization by completing a return through your account page.

In order to be eligible for return:

  • Items must show no signs of use (subject to vendor's discretion), and be returned in the original manufacturers packing.
  • Each item must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (generated through the My Account section). 
  • Must include a copy of your receipt with the completed Return Merchandise Request form
Please note refunds are for the cost of the product only. Returns of all items will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs

Why is your pricing so cheap?

At Global Fueling Systems Inc. we believe in competitive pricing. Being distributors for large vendors over the past 50 years give us the ability to be as competitive with the pricing as possible.

Forgot Username / Password?
You can request a new Password right online if you know your username (email address you ordered with). Try to sign in and just click Forgot your Password, you will be followed up with a link in your email to reset your password. Alternatively, if you do not know the username (email address you ordered with) we can still help! Contact us and we will be able to track down the username for you.

What do I do with my Tax Exemption?

We accept tax exempt forms. Please request a tax Exempt form, fill it out and give it back to us and we will make sure you account becomes 'Tax Exempt'.

How is my information used?

How can I delete my Account?
Deleting an account has to be done by a Global Fueling Systems associate. Please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. 

Can I come to your location?

We do have a storefront located at 42 Field St. West Babylon N.Y. 11704 -- At this current time during the pandemic we do not allow walk in orders. Please contact us first and schedule a pick up or an appointment to come see us.

 

Do you guys have a Catalog?

We currently do not have a catalog. However, we have access to over 50k products. If you are looking for something particular and you do not see it on our website or through our search engine please feel free to contact us and we will see what we can do for you.
