Description

Husky 498162 is a 3/4'' Inlet NPT XS® Pressure Activated Automatic Shut-Off Unleaded Cold Weather Nozzle with Three Notch Hold Open Clip & Full Grip Guard & 001808 Waffle Splash Guard. The nozzle is equipped with a unique Flo-Stop® device that shuts off the nozzle if it falls from the fill tank or rises above the horizontal. Husky XS® nozzle shuts off when the pump shuts off, the gas tank is full, the lever is opened before the pump is turned on, or the leak detector has not completed its test cycle.

  • Inlet: 3/4'' / 19 mm NPT
  • Body: One-piece die cast aluminum
  • Seals: Fluorocarbon
  • Packing: Double o-ring seal protected by fiber reinforced Teflon®
  • Lever: One-piece contoured steel with hard plastic cover
  • Stainless steel spout bushing keeps spout tip round and acts as a captive fastener to prevent tip-end sensor damage.
  • StreamShaper® reduces turbulence for straighter fuel flow and less splash back spillage.
  • Comes standard with smooth full grip guard.
  • Contains a poppet disc seal, rated at -40˚ F/C to prevent fuel leakage from the main seal in extreme cold weather.
