Installed the filter on transfer pump to remove fuel from a rust fuel tank. Removed a hundred gallons or so and they worked great! I can reuse the fuel. I would have hated losing $400 of fuel.

Description

Fill Rite SS417B 12V DC Series 400 Dual Diaphragm Chemical Pump is designed for high performance and high flow rate. This chemical pump is very simple to maintain and service in the field. With the unique design (special chemical-resistant seals and gaskets), Fill Rite SS417B eliminates high shear bypass by allowing diaphragms to "idle" when nozzle is shut off, and is made to stand up to chemicals. With reciprocating, spring driven configuration that maintains constant pressure regardless of load, pump automatically goes neutral when the end of hose valve is shut off. Glass-reinforced polypropylene pump housing provides integrity and excellent material compatibility inside and out.

  • Dead Head Amp Draw - draws less than 5 amps; other pumps draw over 20 amps, which can reduce motor life
  • Can pass particle sizes several times larger than the competition Versatility
  • The Sotera pump can easily mount to every common tank or drum
  • Plastic pumps like the Series 400 have special chemical-resistant seals and gaskets
